Lisa is an award-winning marketer with 30 years of experience at small, medium, and large technology companies. She has a proven track record as a strong and dynamic marketing leader and has significant experience in creating and executing integrated vertical marketing plans for public sector and commercial industries.
As the founder of LSW Marketing LLC, Lisa works with B2G and B2B technology companies to help them with effective go-to-market strategies and tactics to drive demand, marketing plan development and review, and fractional marketing leadership support to grow their public sector business.
Prior to this, Lisa was the Vice President of Americas Marketing at SolarWinds. There Lisa was responsible for regional demand generation and channel marketing for North America, LATAM, and the U.S. public sector across the product portfolio. Preceding this role, Lisa was responsible for SolarWinds federal marketing to the U.S. Government worldwide, as well as state, local and education marketing in the U.S., and launching National Government in EMEA.
Before joining SolarWinds in 2012, Lisa held key marketing positions at Deltek, RightNow Technologies, Software AG, VCampus, FutureNext, and ZYGA Corporation.
Lisa has won numerous marketing awards including GAINER Government Marketing Awards in 2020 and 2019, was a finalist in 2018 and 2021, and a 2016 Trending 40 Chief Marketing Officers Washington DC award.
Lisa regularly speaks at and contributes to B2G industry events and publications, including GovCon Ideators, GAIN, Market Connections and GovExec events, and other industry forums. She covers B2G marketing topics such as content marketing across the public sector buyer’s journey, end-of-fiscal-year campaigns, thought leadership, demand generation, government marketing budgets and resources, and more.
Coupled with this experience, Lisa has an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (UMASS) and an Executive MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
